Street Rodz Paint & Body is a collision repair shop in Miami, Florida. This is the business those terms apply to:

We repair collision and body damage, refinish and paint vehicles, and perform damage analysis for insurance purposes.

We do not perform mechanical repairs. Engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, air conditioning and similar mechanical work are outside our scope, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of mechanical work. If your vehicle needs mechanical attention, we will tell you so you can have it handled by the right shop.

An estimate is our best professional judgment of the cost of the work based on the damage we can see and what is reasonably knowable at the time. It is not a final price until the damage is fully verified.

We give you a clear estimate and a clear timeline upfront, and we tell you if anything changes.

Some damage is only visible after parts are removed. When we find additional damage, we stop and contact you for approval before continuing.

If your repair is through insurance, we may file a supplement with your carrier for the additional work. Supplements can add time to a repair, and we will tell you when that happens.

You are free to approve or decline any additional damage. Work you decline will not be done and will not be billed.

No work begins until we have your written authorization. A signature you give us on paper, or a digital signature on an authorization form sent to you by text or email, has the same effect as signing in person.

Each vehicle and each repair is its own repair file. An authorization covers that repair only, and it does not carry over to other work on other vehicles.

The information you give us on an authorization (name, contact details, vehicle, insurance, and your signature) is what we rely on to start and bill the work, so please make sure it is accurate.

You choose your repair shop. Street Rodz is not owned or controlled by any insurance company.

You are responsible for your deductible unless your policy says otherwise. We will tell you the deductible amount before work starts whenever we can.

Please give us your correct claim number, carrier, policyholder information and adjuster contact. We share repair photos, estimates, and progress information with your carrier or adjuster as needed to complete your claim.

If your vehicle is declared a total loss, we will work with your carrier on the process. Storage and administration charges may apply while the vehicle is with us, and any total loss fees are disclosed to you in writing before they are charged.

Please remove valuables, documents, and personal items before you drop off your vehicle. We note the condition of the vehicle and any items left inside when you drop off.

We are not responsible for personal property left inside the vehicle.

While your vehicle is in our care we take reasonable precautions to protect it. Damage caused by our negligence is covered as part of our repair obligation. Loss or damage from causes outside our reasonable control, such as fire, theft, vandalism or weather while the vehicle is parked outdoors, is handled through your insurance.

We keep you updated throughout the repair and let you know as soon as your vehicle is ready.

A timeline is an honest projection, not a guaranteed delivery date. Parts availability, hidden damage, carrier approvals, and manufacturer procedures can move a delivery date, and we tell you as soon as they do.

The balance is due when your repair is complete, unless your carrier pays us directly. Your deductible, if any, is due at that time.

You can pay by card, by cash or Zelle, or through Affirm. The card total includes a 3.5% card processing fee; the cash and Zelle total does not. Zelle payments go to MiamiStreetRodz@gmail.com.

Affirm is financing you set up directly with Affirm through the invoice balance sent to your email. Street Rodz does not process card payments, does not store your card number, and does not decide whether Affirm approves you.

Street Rodz offers a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. "Workmanship" means the body and paint repair work our shop performed, such as defects in how the repair was done or how the paint was applied (for example peeling, bubbling or cracking caused by our work). It applies to the vehicle the repair was performed on, for as long as you own that vehicle, unless your signed repair documents say otherwise.

Parts and materials (including OEM, aftermarket and used parts, paint products and supplies) are covered only by their own manufacturer or supplier warranties, not by our workmanship warranty. We will help you with those claims where we can.

To make a warranty claim, contact us, describe the problem, and bring the vehicle in for an inspection at our shop. If we confirm the issue comes from our workmanship, we will repair it at no charge for that warranty work. Additional work that is not covered is only done if you approve it in writing.

The workmanship warranty does not cover: new or unrelated damage (such as accidents, vandalism, weather or road debris); normal wear, fading and aging; rust, damage or conditions that existed before our repair; damage from neglect, misuse or improper care; or areas that were later repaired, painted or altered by anyone other than Street Rodz.

If a signed repair authorization or warranty document for your vehicle has specific terms, those terms apply to that repair. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under Florida or federal law that cannot be waived. Please keep your repair and warranty documents.

Your repair tracker link is private and unique to your repair. Please do not share it; anyone who has the link can see your repair status and invoice.

We send status updates, authorization links, and invoice information about your repair by text and email. Repair texts are sent by our staff from the shop's phones, not by an automated system. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of getting an estimate or a repair. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop repair texts, reply STOP or tell us by phone or email; staff record the request and stop texting that number. Because replies are read by people, not a machine, please allow up to one business day. Repair texts never include promotions, and agreeing to repair texts does not sign you up for marketing.

If you add extra contacts so a family member also receives updates, please confirm that person has given you their contact information and agrees to receive messages about this repair.

We photograph vehicles before, during, and after repair for estimates, documentation, and communication with your insurance carrier.

Before and after photos may appear in our gallery or on our social media only when you have given us permission.

Reviews are voluntary. We never ask for a review in exchange for payment or a discount.

Please give accurate information in our forms and do not submit false, duplicate, or automated requests.

Do not try to access another customer's records, tracker link, or authorization link, and do not interfere with the site. Those links are private, and using someone else's without permission is not allowed.

The text, logos, images and design on this site belong to Street Rodz Paint & Body or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy or republish them without our permission.

To the extent allowed by Florida law, Street Rodz Paint & Body is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, including liability for our own negligence, or our warranty obligations for the work we perform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows the version in effect, and using the site after an update means you accept it.
